I drove to Augusta this weekend at my normal 80-82 mph I20 and had a ton of this. People just cruising in the left lane at 65-70 mph with no one in the right lane. I passed at least 10 people in the right lane because of this. Also, I didn't get passed once (which has never happened to me on that trip before).
