    Default roommmate wanted

    i know i have posted this before, but the thread got jacked.. lol

    3BR 2.5BA house, full basment, 2.5 acres.. exit 14 in cumming, not 3 miles off of the hwy, 1 mile from the lake. you would have the whole upstairs, one br would stay as guest though. Alot of yall have seen the house, or as least pix of it! lol.. rent would be $500 a month no utilites, as long as you dont abuse the utilities.

    the house is 10-15 min from mall of ga, 15 from north point mall, and its only like 30 to downtown....

    if anyone is intristed, let me know, i hate having all of upstairs just sitting there not getting used.

    the house is 3000 square feet(including the basement) the fridge is always empty... as soon as i fill it up, i eat it all.. so yea, you could have a shelf..

    yea, theres plenty of room.. right now there are 2 trucks in the garage getting bagged/bodydropped.. and in the house, there is plenty of room...
