    Default Room for Rent in Athens

    I own a house with my wife in the Bogart/Athens area. Its a really nice home that is only 2 yrs old. We have an extra room that we would like to rent out. She works full time and I am at school full time, but we need to fill some space. The house is in a neighborhood. We dont have any pets, and don't smoke or drink. We have a huge back yard. Pictures can be provided.

    Rent would be $400-$450 + utilities split.

    Where exactly are you located? Close to Hwy 53 and Hwy 78 by any chance? I have a friend that is moving up here from the Florida area and will be needing a room/place to live.

    Atlanta Hwy on the Athens end and it is very accessible to Hwy 316 and hwy 78.

    How far from the car wash on Atlanta Hwy. are ya? It takes me 10 minutes to get to the baseball fields or the car wash right there if I turn off 316 by the big silo.

    Im just a few miles from both the baseball fields and highway 316
