yeah im about the same but 170 lbs trying to loose that 20... diet/water/and RUNNING cut the 30lbs then get back to weights or keep the weights near the same so you can maintain and keep the muscle and just loose the fat
if your dieting is off... that will effect your results GREATLY take a daily multivitamin like mega men or mega men sport from gnc and drink a lot of water the whole hydroxycut thing i did for a while , yeah it worked but it is bad for your heart as everyone else mentioned. but over all jus run ,diet and drink alota waterrr

Yeh but for the normal coffee/tea drinker its not as bad as you would think.. They drink those a lot then take hydroxycut but cut those out they should be perfectly fine. Each does of hydroxycut is like 2 cups of coffee

people still have different builds than other people, bone structure and muscle mass need to be taken into account. plus i have a really fat friend. he weighed 46 lbs less than me, looked fatter etc. i have more muscle than he does, i am fat and lazy. well fat... i am a full time student and work 60 hour weeks. just joined a gym last week... im going to lose 60 lbs... in 6 months...

I have to say if u want to loose weight the steps u want to take are pretty simple and as hard core as it gets because if u cant stick to the basics u will never loose.

    1 run 2 miles a day in under 20min
2 hit some iron in the gym after running
3 after iron hit the sauna for 10 min
4 do no less than 5 day's a week and drink a gallon of water everyday of the week
5 eat no greasy foods period
    6 stay off the suger
7 eat nothing but grilled are baked food for a healthy diet
8 remember without eating right non of this other shi* will work
9 if u do what i told u no matter what body type u have u should loose about 6 pounds a week and that is loosing fat and water
10 remember the way u no your loosing is by pants size only
11 man stay off the diet pills because there a waist of your money
I check sluts off my list like a maintnence man
I drive a low is3 just so it gives me a reason to drive super slow on these rough ga roads.

if you're trying to do nothing but lose weight, then do cardio all day and make sure you get enough carbs.

you dont have to do cardio to lose weight remember that, if you set your workout routine right, and eat right youll yield the same results in the same amount of time usually, some people dont like to run, true story.

30+lbs in under 4 months no cardio, im 5'11 174.5 3% body fat, most people think im 190+, pretty damn strong, and im cut(arms, legs, chest, abs, and the infamous v's)

ITS ALL ABOUT ROUTINE, INTENSITY, and DIET DIET DIET. just eating the right things alone 90% of people could lose most there bodyfat/water wieght with out even exercising, it would take alot of time, but still possible. think of it this way, 30lbs would take about 2 years almost on just diet alone, add execrise, under 6 months for avg. person
    Its just a bodykit
