Default SPSU - Eng Graphics 3 or Accounting I?

Ok so the only classes I can take next semester (due to prerequsites) are: Differential Equations, Thermodynamics I, and Statics. I could take Physics II but I would die if I added that on, plus its full already. So my current schedule is only 9 hours. But I want 12 hours to be considered full-time. So I am currently signed up for Accounting I also. But today I just learned that SPSU is offering 1 Engineering Graphics III class called "Special Topics - Advanced SolidWorks". So you think I should stay with the accounting class (could be useful in a way) or the Advanced SolidWorks class (could also be useful in a way)? Or should I just stick with 9 hours?
