Hm i want a job at Carmax....help me

I wanna be an apprentice technician. I'm not sure if id be good for the job though, cuz im only 17. I've worked on cars before and im really good with my hands. Uhh....Is there anything special i should do to greater my chances of gettin the job??? Other than apply and then call over and over??

probably wont happen youll need to get a job at like a tires plus or some quick auto place. no experience eqauls no job. i tried getting a job at conyers honda, couldnt get it, worked at tires place for a while and got the job at honda the day after i left there
