I dont think it is ok for children to be mistreated BUT you dont know what is really going on all you know is what you see. children do tell tall tales and as your child gets older you will understand this more. a child can say that they are not getting fed and in reality they are but it isnt what they want to eat so they refuse to eat. just b/c they are dirty doesnt mean that the mom doesnt try and give them a bath it could be simply that he kids act up and she cannot control them enough to do so. this means that she just need to learn how to get control.
