    Default what is the best A/V player for windows...

    i've always used winamp but i'm starting to get tired of it...i saw a guy who had some sweet media player that had tons of cool features, like i remember you could set the visualizations or video to be your background, does anyone know what this is??

    i use VLC Player...it can play almost format out there...(including Quicktime)

    yeah i just checked the site, they don't...but it seems to be a good player.

    but does anyone know what player to use to get the video to play as your wallpaper, like with the icons and other open windows in front of it?

    i can't even get the video to play right on 1600 x 1200 resolution...yoi know if there is a setting i can change to get that to work?? i am trying to play an AVI file but all i get is 4 of the same video and its in black and white too.
