Agreed, hanging a noose was racist. BUT, there is not a low on the books that says you cannot do it. So nobody broke the law when they did that. White folks get mad when MLK Day comes around. Why? We have George Washington's birthday. Abraham Lincoln's birthday. COLUMBUS DAY!!!!! Think about that one. If there's one white-skinned person blacks should hate, it's him. If he hadn't come over and settled, there might not have been slaves. But how many channels on TV are 95% white?

I want them to be freed. You know why? shit like this happens everyday in almost every town in the united states. people gets in fights which turns into a jumping all the fucking time and sometimes it is race related. We had a high school open up in Macon, Rutland high school, there first year of opening there was always racial tension, which turned into a stand at the Kroger parking lot across the street involving weapons, but luckily in Macon we are a little and broke it up with alot of pepper spray and told everyone to go the fuck home. we didn't want to make it into a big deal because its not the fucking sixties anymore, and the bad thing about this is its happening in Jena, Louisiana (the south). I guess most of the people in the south like being labeled as dumb hicks to the rest of the country. To sum all this up it was a fuckin good ole fashion ass whoopin. between teenagers. Happens all the time shouldn't be a issue even if it was 6 on 1, it happens everyday. But it happened in the south and there are some who just won't let the good ole' days go and they are still bitter and will take it out on a bunch of teenagers.

suspension and/or expulsion from school and probation- thats fine with me that is what they should get.

When I was at Budweiser, when our truck was short beer, we would have to go into the warehouse and get what we were short. The manager was an older white dude. You know, that's a GREAT point. How often do you see winners, successful people and over achievers complaining about what is and isn't fair? They don't focus on that garbage and do what needs to be done to move forward, not dwell on the past.

If a fighter loses a fight, he doesn't sit there and complain about how it wasn't fair he got knocked out. He trains harder and moves on.

Donald Trump is an excellent example. Came from middle-class upbringing and has gone bankrupt his fair share of times but keeps getting back up and moving forward.

I didnt say minorities dont get the same chances, I basically said they dont get the same amount of chances. Their are people I know that have worked hard and have degrees, that get the same chances as some of their white counter parts, but had equal or better quailfications. It happens rather some of ya'll want to bring it to light or not. People hate when some minorities are better than them. I have seen it and I am glad I am not in that situation. People need to realize that because your situation might look good, there are others whos doesn't.

You know, that's a GREAT point. How often do you see winners, successful people and over achievers complaining about what is and isn't fair? They don't focus on that garbage and do what needs to be done to move forward, not dwell on the past.

If a fighter loses a fight, he doesn't sit there and complain about how it wasn't fair he got knocked out. He trains harder and moves on.

Donald Trump is an excellent example. Came from middle-class upbringing and has gone bankrupt his fair share of times but keeps getting back up and moving forward.

I can make a day's worth of excuses on what I think isn't fair, but it's not going to get me anywhere. It's all about drive. You either have it or you don't. Simple as that.

say hes 10mil in the hole. hes required to pay a certain amount or percentage.... lets just say 1mil. who pays the balance to the creditors.... because they sure as hell are gonna get their money back, they dont care who its from.
