basically stating if the black wanted to, they could sue the school as well as the white guys who put those nooses up. For many thing, negligence, hate crime, mental distress, disturbance of the school and students, theres many reason than one and rascisim plays a big part in the white guys actions.
I think, if you decide to show some kind of action of hate. be careful, not everyone feels the same way you do. there is a reaction for every action....good or bad. it's almost as if they were asking for it.
i didnt read the whole article but i thought it was more than one person for each race that got into it by the tree. And the white guy got beat up by a shoe....and not beat up to a pulp, it was just a regular ass whoopin.
