Ok so I have the worst PMS in the world (ok maybe not but still)...
I get so emotional and can honestly cry/get so mad i'm shaking over nothing.
It's like an emotional high (usually in a bad way) that hits then goes away and my body literally feels wore out afterwards.
Am I having anxiety attacks or is this normal PMS?

I have it. I confirmed it today when I went to the OBGYN. They gave me Yaz, a new pill formulated to treat the symptoms.
