I don't think they look for a bartending certificate. I would think experience would play more of a factor in this kind of job....

bartending school is a waste of time... get a job at a nice-ish restaurant and do well.. you'll eventually be promoted to a bartender, and once you do a year or so in a restaurant, you're golden everywhere.

A place like yours or a popular club wants someone with experience and that has worked at other places under pressure right?
