    Default Whats good for sore feet? odd question I know

    Chris got a new job where he is standing pretty much all day..........what is something that makes your feet feel better. I have hear epsom salt with hot water works, but I dont know how effective that is. Any ideas would be welcome THANKS!!!

    well he has insoles that when you heat them in the oven and put em in your boot....then you stand on them and they mold to your feet....so those are good, he just has to get use to being on his feet all day.....I know it takes time cause I use to have a job where I was standing all day too.....I just want to help him feel better lol

    Trust me I do my wifely duties.....I am just so busy right when he gets off of work that I cant rub his feet lol, but I did right before we went to bed last night.

    honestly epsom salts and hot water is the best

    it does work wonders cause warm/hot water relaxes the muscles in your feet and the "salt" (its actually magnesium sulfate) more or less is just in there to keep the skin from getting over saturated with the water (stops from causing the pruning of skin)
