    Default 280z opinions

    Found a guy through a friend trying to get rid of a 83 280z. He says all it needs is a battery but when I tried to jump it it wouldn't turn over. It tried a couple times but I think the cables were bad. It has surface rust through out the car and the interior is pretty much shot from what I saw. Body is straight besides the rust. I'm not sure what would be a reasonable price to offer. Any opinions on what would be a decent starting point. I've talked him down pretty low already but I don't know whats wrong with it or anything about it.

    The rust is only above the windsheild and a couple places in the rear. Hood and doors are fine.

    I really don't know. It has a 3 piece spoiler on the back if that can help. It's a t top. It's a manual and a V6 i believe. really just looking to get it and get it running and sell it.

    If it has t-tops its a zx and a rusty one isnt worth much. It also has a straight 6 if its a 280zx
