well, I just got back from court, and the fucker that hit me got a plea bargain and pleaded guilty to wreckless driving and running a red light. I am extremely disappointed in the court system because it is ALWAYS fucking against me and no matter how much evidence we had, the fucker was not going to get a DUI charge!!!! I feel like shit and I am going to work on the god damn 240 now..........
