    Default so i worked out hard tonight for the first time in about 3 years....

    and im going to be sore as fuck tomorrow. in a little under an hour i ran 2.5 miles, biked another two, did 190 on lat pulldowns, 280 on leg press, 180 on this simulated row machine thing at rep sets or 10-6-4 and then did 75 sit ups and 15 push ups before i crapped out


    damn im tired

    i'll fuckin do some badass burnout one day, and then forget about the gym for like another week then go constant for that week then forget about it for a month lolol

    your feel GREAT in the morning. I remember the 1st day I started to work out again. 300 situps, 2 miles, and some free weights.

    LOL. the next morning I felt like I had been hit by a semi truck. Just remember even if you are sore work out again, just not as intense.

    YEAH WHEN I GET OFF TONIGHT, IM GOING FULL SPEED AGAIN...I USED TO WRESTLE 103 AND 112 FOR 3 YEARS SO IM JUST TRYING TO GET BACK IN SHAPE...IM AT 170ISH RIGHT NOW BUT I WANT TO GET BACK TO ABOUT 145-150 AND BE CUT

    working out everday is pushing it... ever other day will suffice.. but if u do it every day make sure to switch out your muscle groups...

    yeah i like to work full body (legs, chest, back and arms) and alternate days...i hate doing only one part, it sounds kinda dumb but i feel almost like im wasting time working one part
