there are some of the guys out there i have meet that drive SRTs i have heard them say some smartass comments about guys driving a civic or an integra or something but then i just offer to set them up with one of the hondas in PMS and stand back and smile cause they don't know what the deal is... and if it goes down i laugh at them and tell them "well the car wiegh 500lbs less and makes over 100whp more than u what did u expect to happen? next time don't make dumbass comments"

but for real there are some cool ass people on IA that drive SRT4s like mastakilla(matt), ericP, member 143659 or whatever(ming)

but just like any car...there are dickheads out there, but its just not as bad as people make it out to be

Corvette owners are the older breed of my mustang comment minus the exhaust..... They feel no matter what year or shape corvette they're in, its a vette.......

Srt4 drivers are too busy having showdowns with mustangs and trying to prove they aren't just a neon with different bumpers and stronger motor.....

Camaro's lost their glory awhile ago, so their owners are semi laid back......

Scion owners............are scion owners..........

Supra owners have a reason to flaunt......even at the sight of a n/a supra, people still envy the clean ass lines of the body

Let's not confuse Mustang dislike with general dislike for that family of cars. Saleens rock as they're more custom vehicle than anything... The majority of the people that drive them are narrow minded assholes that think their car is fast. The flock together to look cool. Those whoe know me also know that I have wishes to beat a certain person that drives a tC to a bloody plup...

There are only 2 people that I have ever meet that are cool that drive them. One is my own brother and the other doesnt care what he does to the car including wrenching it, crashing to thing, etc.

If I have to point my distaste at some specific cars.. it's easily the ones (and they're not *always* Hondas... but...) that have >75% primer as their paint job, 2/3 of the car looks like it came from spare parts bin at the local dump, and sound like my bmx bike did when we used to put baseball cards in the tires when I was a kid... yea - you know who I'm talkin' to...

Haha, I have to agree with you about that. The stock turbo spools at like 1500 rpm and it hits full boost early on too. Its not necessarily the driver - its just the engine.

Still bullsh*t reasons to buy something that resembles a mobile home.

Big Family - Get a Volvo Wagon. Same price if not cheaper, smaller and more courteous to other drivers, has a five star crash test rating, seats like 6 people, and gets around 40mpg.

Towing Sh*t - Get a truck. I've no problem with a truck if it's actually being used for a working purpose.
