I wish i had f.e.a.r. on my comp. I dont think it will handle it tho. Im in beta for "Vanguard" but my computer will definatelty not handle that either. Hey Yokota i have a question for you. This may seem newbish.. I wanna get a car i can learn to drift in soon, and i cannot decide between the 240 and a ae86 or 101. Your suggestion?

    240
86 is a beast to learn as a first car. but if you can perfect an 86, you can roll any car.

But a stock 240 with a welded diff will drift easy enough

Yea, i am pretty much set on the 240. Mainly cause of the aftermarket support and the price to purchase/modify. I was debating with the 86 cause EVERYONE has a 240 and i wanted something a lil different. I have heard about the 86 being hard and also thought it might be better to learn something hard first...

I had this same debate with myself. I ended up getting the 240 mostly for cost reasons. All the parts are easy to find and inexpensive.

If you're wanting to learn to drift something hard, just learn to drift with the stock KA in it . Learning to drift with no power will teach you a whole lot. You won't be able to adjust your lines after entry... I put an lsd from a 180 in mine and it's soooo much fun!!!

Lemie know if you need a welded diff... I'll have one for sale shortly.

My friends got a couple of VLSD's he said i cud use if i get a 240. How much of a difference is the VLSD than the welded? Im sure its significant, but which would be better?

Yea i know... But it seems like the best all around choice for beginning drifting.

AE86 is the funnest car I've ever driven and it really trains the driver.. The s13 is really easy to drift with though. It's all a matter of preference. I suggest driving both first.

Would be nice if i knew anyone with a ae86 in my area. Luckily one of my good friends has a s13 with a red top. I got to drive his previous one that had a kaaz 1.5 lsd, that thing was crazy. He said he'd let me drive his new one before i decided to buy a 240.
