I used to say the same about newports but after coughing up blood a couple of times decided it was time to switch. i never quit because i just never really wanted to. but i went from smoking newports to marlboro menthol lights theyre alot smoother. but also i was smoking 2 packs of newport 100's a day now slowly ive cut my self down to 1 ciggarette a day and half a pack on the weekends when i drink or smoke cause u have to smoke when u smoke lol
i also need to quit but i'm not cause i'd go crazy

i quit 3 weeks ago only smoked camels or marbro. menthol every once in awhile through the week but crazy on the weekends for about 2 years. havent even thought about one yet.good luck to all who wants to quit!!

Going from newports, the best is to go with Kool milds, then go to Kool lights. Dont start with Kool kings, because those are worse then Newports lol.

Used to smoke newports before loved them I started coughin blood after smoking time for such a long time so I switch to Marlboro Light Soft pack I like em an newport won't come in a way anymore

yuck.
i quit for 5 days and broke today. i plan on being free and clear by christmas tho.

You gotta think, the joy of smoking far surpasses the consequences.
So you cough up blood. For how long... 10min a day??? Think about the 30-40min of enjoying smoking.
