    Default Anyone know a good home inspector?

    A good, preferably cheap one. To do a good thorough inspection. Don't mind paying for a good one, just need some good referalls bc i'm sure thats what the business thrives on.

    It's annoying as hell as a seller to have your home inspected. They point out the most insignificant shit, and then the buyer negoitates having the most worthless things fixed. I know of one I can refer I just have to pull it up.

    Seriously, he printed out photos and all kinds of shit right there on the spot. The guy didn't mess around. Like I said, he was cool as shit.

    I know of a guy that will do it and does a VERY thourough job. He used to inspect nuclear plants so he HAD to be thourough... Lemie see if i can find his contact info... I'll get back to ya. If you wana search the internet or something his name is Bill Rankin...
