first off this not to be racial in any way.....but i want to understand something.. why is it when you are on the phone with black people and the conversation ends they just abruptly hang up with out a good bye or see ya later...just hang up in mid sentence sometimes... like i said i dont understand it and that is why i am asking.... anyone have any ideas

Hmm...I do that...Actually in mid-sentence sometimes just say, "Yeah I am gonna go now," and hang up...So there is something wrong with that????

I own a couple of those...I just choose when to use them... Not everybody you speak to is worth using good manners with.

your missing the point, when i answer a question or help someone to answer their questions then yes the common thing to do would be thanks, even end it at thanks its just plain rude to just hang up. as for them not knowing me or wanting to get to know me i dont care its just manners. I am in sales and i dont care who you are i treat customers with respect, you have to or else i wont have a job so i tend noyt to be "uppity" so i doubt that is it.

Wow if this isn't the truth. That's one of the Earth's many problems. People these days are just plain rude to whomever and whenever. Whether or not you know someone, there is still common courtesy. Later, QD.
