First off this is a serious post and only those serious and mature should apply! This will require a background and drug test, so if you have to think about whether you will pass of fail than dont even bother reading anymore!

As many of you know I am a Regional Manager for Sprint PCS. I manage and support all of the TSR's (technical service representatives) in Georgia and Alabama. We are currently looking to fill a handful of open TSR positions in the Atlanta market. Some are on the south side of town and some are on the north side.

Just to give alittle more detail as to what this position entails:

TSR- Techincal Service Representative

This person is in charge of ALL inventory and technical issues within the store. Some stores have a TSR room, where some of the newer stores are TSR areas where you have a desk and cages for inventory. You basic job duties are to service customer phone issues, swap phonebooks, test phones with network issues, receive inventory, ship and transfer inventory b/t stores and the warehouse, perform monthly counts of all inventory within the store and weekly phone counts. We also have TSR's whome work in ISR (in-store repair) stores and these TSR's open and repair broken handsets daily. This position requires great organizational skills and self management. If you dont have these two then this is NOT the job for you.

Is there any thing related to Electronics Engineering? I got a BS in EE and looking for a better position than where am at right now (Operation Engineer at a fiber optic company).

the whole left side doesnt work and everyday less and less buttons work....right now 1-4-7-* dont work and -0-5-8-talk are barely working...i have to push them really really hard to get them to sometimes work

Not sure where you live but give me a call and I can tell you what store to visit to get the best help. If you have water damage or physical abuse I cant help you, but if something else than I might be able to.

i live in the lilburn area and the closest store is the store off satellite blvd., but i hate that store, no offense or anything...no water damage and no physical damage (such as throwing it on the floor or across the room)

haha o yea i forgot that i've seen your car out there before...didn't kno you worked there...i hate the store b/c it's soooooo packed all the time...actually i go in there to pay my bill all the time...but it takes forever to get anything done b/c its so packed
