Ok I am going to clear this up for everyone as I live in the same Province as the owner of the car Marcel Mailloux, Which he lives in Quebec, Canada. If you look at the Pictures which on the car it is his shop which is on the side of it.
Marcel's RWD Civic was featured on Quebec Tuning on August 1st, 2003. There is a 3 page article on it. Which is located at

Now, There is also Marcel's cardomain website where she took the pictures and information from and never retyped it. I find it funny she has all the exact same parts as Marcel. His Link is

Now Just to spice it up I private messaged her on another forum and questioned her considering the Car is plated in Quebec and I have seen it first hand. She admited to me it wasn't hers and tried to lie in that story also but it never really works. Here is her Reply:
Now I am not calling you out or anything. I am just stating the truth and the facts for everyone. This is a LOCAL car to me and I find it just wrong to claim all the hard work and money Marcel put into that car as your own.
