    saw a post about these on another board. Just curious, who here thinks they're real, who thinks they're fake. Anyone have experience with 'em? Haha its that time of year so we gotta make these threads heh.

    Idk, I have mixed feelings about it. Ive used one and I think you just get so annoyed with it not working that you start to move it on your own.

    exactly same here, I figure they're fake, but then its the fact that sooo many people swear to them...
    The only reason they even have a small amount of credibility to me is bc a while back in HS , a teacher of mine pretty much warned all the students about them. She said she used one in college for fun and it turned crazy and they weren't able to get rid of it and it kept coming back into their possession. They had to burn it and etc. She gave a long story, and she wasn't really a person i knew to make things up... Wasn't a quack or a psycho, pretty knowledgeable... I think i had this class with someone on IA, yearrs back (nzprojekt)

    i don't like messin around with any of that crap regardless of if it works or not... my mom was using a ouija board when she was younger and the table shifted and knocked her legs out of the way... that's enough to keep me from it

    I never believed in them, but while on a H.S. French trip to the French Quarter of New Orleans a Quija Board told me I would marry a woman with the initials MG and I be damned if I didn't do just that. Even whackier a girl on the trip had those very initials and we started dating the next year. Dated off and on through college, married and now divorced. I have no idea if her name triggered something in my subconscious or what, but it happened.

    thats exactly the point i wanted to make

    every1 and their brother has had freaky experiences.... with that said you can deduce that there is at least slightly increased paranormal activity (to say the least) when these are used.
    If that is the case, then why has not ANY evidence been brought forth proving or disproving any theories on the existence of whatever.

    look at QD, spending mad money/time/effort to search for evidence (and many others for that matter) ... well the people who are looking at it with an empirical standpoint dont find shit... the believers or (want to believe-rs) usually "find" shit.... ya know. food for thought.

    seems to me like collective delusions.
