That number comes up as a car that is registered in Kenya, Africa by an oil tycoon. I got an E-mail about that car the other day from him. Said something about if I send him a wire transfer with my bank account to him, he would GIVE ME the car for free. FOR FREE!!! But, I didn't do it. No telling where that car is now. Later, QD.
