    become a mod or and admin... also i think paul has it set so when you have more reps they count more... both positive and negative

    Yup it either has to do with rep points or the number of posts you have...cas I got one from qd a while and it gave me like 20 or something and I got one from randomguy and it gave me about 15...I would lean more towards it has to do with how many posts you have rather than how many rep points you have...

    i beleive is is posts but the thing is RG and QD are already maxed on rep. i have over 700 reps and gave one to a buddy and it gave him 2. Also, QD was supermod for a bit so that could be something as well

    Well I think it has to do with your post count and not your rep points...so since you only have 1500 or so posts you dont count that much (in terms of rep)
