IMPORT SHOWDOWN PAYOUT/PRIZES?
i looked but could'nt find the payout for winning the showdown class, i know the BG evo won over the summer so i PM'd tracy but no responce. a friend might come out sundy if the payout for the showdown class is big enough. anybody know what it is? $250? $500? $750? $100,000,000.74

I think it depends on the turnout at the event.

I think showdown pays out between $1000-1500. The others pay out around $300 for first and $150 for second place.

your friend better bring something worth watching, rumor has it there will be atleast 2 sub 10 second cars showing up for the showdown, i unfortunatley will miss it as i will be getting stuff together to move after we close on our new house monday, check w/ Paul or his wife Holly, with GADSM.org who puts on the event, for more info.....they may be a little while getting to you as i imagine theyre busy getitng last minute stuff together

this saterday for test n tune sunday for competition.
The payout has been 800.00 for 1st place winners!!!
Who cares about 2nd and 3rd 1st is where it at,
also who might be the 3 sub 10 sec cars? And Battle ground ran the modified class where payout is a little less, they where scared to run the big boys!!!

Im sure they werent including clark and BG thats why i asked. I know alfonso will be running showdown also in his new car,I tried my hardest to make this race but due to being out of town and not getting back until today im going to pass also!! Oh well theres always face off in November!!
Mike i tought turbo dave was running Ozzy car? thats what he told me and peter at Nopi or that he might be running it!!
Ozzies car is at the body shop still, it wont be back.

oooohhhhh...damn. never thought about a grand national coming out to import showdown huh? it will be interresting to say the least. i'm not saying no one else has a chance but his car is a BEAST.
Since when is a buick considered an import?
just like how i drive a dodge SRT4 and can run...so can he. its open to and 4 or 6 cly cars.
