Default My burnout at Nopi Nationals '06

Did not see a section for burnout.

But here is my burnout(fiance was following me). The crowd that I'm close to was filming me also since that is why I was burning out. So I did a short burnout. If you guys were in the GM Section a Cavalier and I were the ONLY ones to go over half way down the main stretch in that parking lot burning out.

I did four in the section.

Rigghhtt...man ricer has been out of style for a LOOOOOOOOOONG time.

Think its funny...a boosted civic tried to burnout leaving Saturday night and couldn't even get the tires to turn over more than once. Funny all that trouble and only thing he got was a cop telling him to knock it off since he was out of the infield. But think that was mostly driver...if a STOCK civic can do a tiny one wheel burnout surely a boosted one can.

So you burned out because someone had a video camera? Wonderful. Also standing burnouts are better.

Awesome comments guys! Keep them coming.

Oh yeah...burning out with tires that are cheap and sucky would of been better...but what's that old saying don't cheap out on your tires or brakes.

I love it...first burnout day I ever do and this happens...LOTS of laughing for me. Thanks!!

And the person who says 'takes skill' comment. Well apparently that Civic driver was doing something wrong to not even get a burnout. But hey I rather burn out in a RWD. Because yeah standing still is a LOT better than having the torque drag your car down. I get enough of that just warming up the drag radials at the track. Which is why you guys saw the first and only burnout this car is going to do(unless you go to the track I drag at).

So whoever thinks FWD burnouts rock...which I'm just happy with mine because its my car. Just wait until you slide a few doughnuts in a RWD under your belt. 1/4 mile burnout > 50 yard burnout. You guys see that Camaro do the burnout down the drag strip thats floating around the internet...its a red late 90s model.

if you wanted to do burnouts then you should've entered the burnout competition. doing that shit just because a camera is around is just plain stupid. do you not have the capacity to think for yourself or were you on the "liquid courage"?

dumbass. you dont know how to follow simple laws, then post up in a public forum and get bashed, and then try and turn it around onto some guy with a civic. what a fucking lame ass. take your 16 sec cavalier elsewhere.

Didnt even watch the Video, just read the thread and realized your an idiot!
I dont find anything cool about a burnout, I can sit there in third gear(Th400) and do one as as long as the tires hold, or I can do one all the way down the track....Why.....I have know Idea why I would, just not cool!

I may watch your video now, prolly think worse about you then!

Why do it at the V? I personally think its funny when people get pissed at others for doing burnouts and posting about it. IT'S NOT YOUR TIRES!! Quit your bitching.

If I decide to burn my tires...so be it. If I get in trouble by the cops...I get in trouble. I take responsibility for my actions...if I hit anyones car(which I didn't) I would pay for the damage. I'll be a man about it.

    Torque? What torque?

Why do you need drag radials for a car that still traps double digit speeds?

Listen up lil punk, if you want to do a lil burnout, either do it at the track, or in a organized burnout contest!
the reason we get pissed is because all these meets get shut down because of fags like you!

Wow......typed thoughts of a very SELFISH ricer.

Its not about YOUR tires, its not about YOU getting in trouble with the COPS, its not about YOU hitting someone elses car (which in case , i'd hope you'd take your ass beating like a man and then pay for the property damage). Its about you fucking it up for EVERYONE at a public gathering. Wannabe cool and burn tires off? Go to a road or parking lot far away and do it..and if it gets your rocks off for peopel to comment about it...take pics and post them.

Yeah, the cops probably didnt bother you at NOPI because they might have been smart and been looking for even more stupid people.... but dont bank on that luck all the time.

Oh and, it's not "IT'S NOT YOUR TIRES", its "They are not your tires" or "They aren't your tires."

    grow up.
