    Around this time IA.com had one of the largest "Import" car meet around here ( north side )

    Close to 500 cars in the toyR us parking lot by the Mall of GA...

    Who remembers? I know it was the weekend before the NATS that year...

    Even Jeff Guise drove his car

    Who was there? Was it 01 or 02? I think it was 01.. But Im not sure.. cant remember ( I feel like brett )

    It was 2002. Massive amounts of folks showed up and not one showed out. Perfect meet. Along the scale of the Toys R Us meets where we had hundreds of people show up and no one got kicked out. Later, QD.

    your Right QD.. shit got shutdown because it was to damn big and crazy.. Imagine.. BP meets now.. but about 4 or 5 times bigger.. with everyone behaving..

    Khol meets were bigger then BP...

    Julio, I remember the Kohls meets... Thats when that strip center was still new and not sull yet and then one night we all went and cops were there waiting and told us to turn around and dont come back...lol

    That was back before anyone talked on the internet and had to actually show up at events to know what was going on. Good times- I remember driving from Marietta almost an hour drive all the way to Duluth just to hang out for an hour.

    People were actually cool back then and didn't bash companies or clubs just to create dominance. Some of the people on this site don't know or have forgotten what we all started out as...friends.

    Yup.. i remember them..and the ones at UnstableHybrids (sp), and Kohls, and UAB and Waffle House and Park and Ride.

    I was going to meets at the V back then too.. southeast RX-7 club was meeting there on thursdays looooooong ago...

    And yes.. i did learn..very quickly...what not to do..and had to pay for a new tranny too. Asi recall though..cops didnt show up that night *whew*
