    That's pretty much it...no need to get into the story filled with misinformation from representaives.

    yes it is, monday their custoomer service was out, terrible.. i couldnt evenpay my phone bill!

    I have never had a problem with Hellsouth... They have always had A+ customer service when it comes to my needs.... Then again I am a computer nerd and bypass all the Peons on their helpdesk when I call LoL!

    C/S Thread Title... I had some issues with them earlier today.

    Its funny tho.. Cause 3 hrs. later I got an automated call asking me to participate in a survey rating their customer service.

    i actually had a bellsouth customer relations discussion at dinner tonight about how they are all outsourced now.....long distance FTL

    That is true! I am actually going to start working for them on Monday. We are really trying to get Bellsouth back on the right path in the customer service department. They have lost lots of customers.
