yea not all cops are dicks. In Dade county fl. Had a cop drop my speed from 89 to 75 so the ticket wouldnt cost me much. Same in sarrasota(sp?) fl. Also in Roswell GA. I was going 26 over and he drop the speed to 24 over, so my licence. Oh yea the cop that pulled me over in sarrasota(sp?) gave me a peppermint for my troubles. What a dick but in a nice way, lol.
