No, there is NO LAW in GA that says he has to show you this. Why not? Well, it is dangerous. Having you get out of your car and walking back to his is a huge liability on a busy interstate. A coworker of mine (who was a cop in the ATL area but quit because of what a bunch of crooks they were) told me straight up they are not required to show you the radar or laser readout in the state of GA. You can subpoena the calibration info of the device used to clock your speed if you take it to trial, but that's it.
