look its not that hard to take a picture of another persons car that is the same year and color and no tint is it???

but you may only get the one free
Mine was the same way, bright white with black tint then i painted the wheels black...think that made the tint look even darker.

I got the ticket in a gwinnett co. rolling roadbloack (standing in friday rushhour traffic and picking out people) i removed my tint and got a 50% discount on my fine, 1 week later the georgia supreme court ruled the tint law unconstitutional...lol.

You know, I won't take my tint off. It's 5% all around, and I love my privacy. QUOTE]

that ticket probably just doubled if you forgot to pay it.
i forgot a fuckin seat belt ticket cause i was in class, and when i payed it the next day, the bitch was like $90. city clerk probably thought i was gonna kill her cause i flipped the fuck out about it.

5% isn't shit. and if they gave a tint ticket for that....they're gay.

32% is the law, as in maximum of 32% of light is blocked or 68% of light passes through.

What? No. 75% is nothing. That allows 75% of the light through.

25% is MUCH darker as it only allows 25% of the light through. 5% would be almost black as it only allows 5% of the light through.

    Backwards...

32% means that only 32% of the light passes through the window. That's why 5% is so dark. Only 5% of the light passes through, the other 95% is blocked...

cops can't make you do anything. All of the times i've been pulled over i rolled my windows down, both of them, and dealt witht he cop. 2/3 of them asked me to roll my windows up (cuz they couldn't give me tickets for what they had planned) and I said no, and they gave me bullshit threat/stories and what not and i still said no and they just left me alone. 1 of'em followed me for a while even pulling up next to me as he saw me leaning over in my car (was about to roll up my passenger window), and i looked up and GRINNED at his ass and started laughing and then left it down. good shit.

    (c) The provisions of subsection (b) of this Code section shall not apply to:
    (1) Adjustable sun visors which are mounted forward of the side windows and are not attached to the glass;

The exemption shall be issued with such conditions and limitations as may be prescribed by the Department of Public Safety.

Tinting your entire windshield is a Federal Violation.
    DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

    Federal Highway Administration

    49 CFR Part 393

The final rule allows tinting of windshields as long as the
percentage of light transmitted through the tinted windshield is at
least 70 percent of the light at normal incidence in those portions of
the windshield or windows which are marked as having a luminous
transmittance of at least 70 percent.
some vehicles come with a little tint already in the winshield, but not below that AS1 line. anything below that is considered Cirtcial viewing area.

all tempered glass(side and rear) and laminated glass(windshield) have a 70% min glazing from the factory. so if any untind glass is metered it will read anywhere above 70%. some glass will state what it's % in on the glass.
