    Default pulled over going 86 on a 55 on 285

    went 31 miles over the speed limit.
    don't know what to do at court.
    need help/advice!

    Get this thread deleted. To the best of my knowledge: If you are under 18, 21 over is your license. If you are over 18 but not 21, 24 over is your license. 30 over is mandatory court apperance no matter how old you are.

    86 isn't too bad really, considering the average speed on 285 is 75-80 anyways... but then again, you're still speeding way too fast. i mean, you knew if you'de get caught shit was gonna happen, just deal with it, and work around it, public transportation is cheaper anyways.

    my lawyer got me out of 8 ticketswhen i got arrested ..i was under 21..he got my court date extended for 11 monthe until i turned 21..so at the date of my conviction i was over the legal age..he is awesome...tickets where as follow



    #1..speeding (89 in a 45)
    #2..wreckless driving
    #3..failure to use turn signal
    #4..attempting to allude
    #5..contest of speed
    #6..illegal use of nitrous oxide
    #7..agressive driving
    #8..altered suspension
    #9..too loud of exhaust

    ..everything except wreckless driving got droppped..kept my liscense
    no community service..just 400 bucks to the stated,and 400 bucks to the lawyer

    Asking for help is one thing, but saying "fuck the police" cause you got pulled over when you knew you were speeding? Thats just stupid.. I speed, but atleast when I get pulled over, I understand and accept the punishment for getting caught heh. Live with it.
