It's sad. I wish I was the judge. Considering the track has been there before any of the subdivisions. I would tell them to move, they should of researched their community a little more before buying there. They already have a track curfew of midnight on the weekends. If you HAVE to sleep before that on friday and saturday, take a sleeping pill, or fucking move. The real problem here is the government. We need the government to lookout for the stupid people. Thats why they exist. They should of never zoned anything residential within a 2 mile radius of the track.
Yeah that has got to be one of my biggest pet peeves EVER! When someone moves somewhere, that is a choice that they are making.. wheather it be the area, distance, things around them.. esp when buying a house, they know EXACTLY what they are getting themselves into (if not its their own fault for not weighing the pros and cons or doing their research).. so why complain about something that was there before you or something that was bound to happen or the inevitable when you knew damn well that it would be an issue a few days, weeks, months, years or whatever down the road when you came to reality...

If this really happens that would suck... I have been up there a few times and it was always a good time to be had!
