    Default Quick Traffic Ticket

    Okay I'm a plead Not Guilty on my ticket but I goto court in June 14th. You think its going to be alright if I call them tomorow and say that or am I too late?

    umm you usually tell them that when you get there and then they schedule you for a later court date...or atleast that is how they do it in forsyth...

    You were going 65 in a what speed zone...I just got one today for 62 in a 45 that I am prolly just going to pay off...it shouldnt be to much, and if you go to court they charge you a 50 dollar court fee.

    WOW!!!! I got one for 25 over when I was 17 and it was only 320...and I got a 23 over and it was only 150...

    Was it the GSP or county or city cop?

    I always get got with the cop going the opisite way I am and I get stuck behind a slow person and the cop comes back and gets me...

    That is really werid...

    I got one ticket when I was 17 (90 - 65 county) then I got another one when I was 19 (78 - 55 GSP) then I am 20 now and got the 3rd one today (62 - 45 county).

    I think the city cops may get cha for more than the county and GSP do, I think I remember hearing a friend complain about that once or twice.

    Nah cas the 2nd one for some reason never went on my record...it was werid...and the 1st one rolled off my record in may...so I will just have this one...and the other thing is I turn 21 in july which cleans it off again I think??? (dont quote me on that one) I am not worried at all cas this one was only 17 over the uh oh marker is at 20 and 25 over and then again at 35 over I think.

    Before going in to court I would call them and ask them how many points you have on you and stuff just to make sure cas going to court can get really expensive...

    How expensive do you want it to be...if you hire a lawyer that cost a good bit, and if you choose to defend yourself. then you will have to pay the ticket which will prolly be more cas they will think you are trying to be a lil bitch (no offense) and the court fee which is going to be more than the 50 bucks because there will be a hearing involved blah blah blah...

    shit i got one 30 over... 300 dollars, 30 hours of community service, and three points.. used to suck to be a minor.. lol i love being 18.. i dont have to worry as musch now..
