    Default whats up with the "the" threads?

    can someone explain why they have to use the quotations? or you just trying to make it stand out saying its "the" thread for whatever.

    is it really necessary for quotations though?
    and not everyone who posts those "the" threads have the license in their sig....but they still do it.
