it's definitely hard...i quit for the most part but every now and then i still do, but when i get stressed or after i eat or well who am i kidding i get cravings like a mofo all the time...it does get easier the first 4 days is the hardest i think...after that it slowly gets easier but it never goes away...

edit: that first cigarette that you smoke you may think that you'll be fine after you quit but it makes it 100 times harder...just to let you know
