yesterday i ran for 1 hr ..
went to the gym and worked out for 1 hr ..
then came back home and hit my heavy bag and speed bag for a little ..
then i wrestled my friend and made him tap out ..
he almost threw up from the smell and sweat i produced in 3 hrs ..

Why are people so stupid enough to try and call others out!?!? I mean, shit, you are giving them warning AHEAD of time. IF they do show up, I promise you that they will be prepared (if they are smart). I'm always prepared and I'm not even involved. People never think about 3rd party bystanders anymore.
