1. Do I think we're doing a good job in Iraq? No, but I do feel that we need to finish this one out and then rethink how we'll act in future endeavors.

2. It may sound like a BS excuse, but it is the truth whether or not it benefits the oil companies. I would like to see a government program put into place as to regulate the oil prices and turn away from the speculative market that it currently sits on.

4. Perhaps it'd be cheaper, but it's not exactly humane so you'd be seeing a lot of opposition to it. Much like a ironfist dictatorship, it would be focused primarily on fear. That usually doesn't sit to well with people. Citizen or foreigner.

5. Perhaps it is freedom of religion, but the foundation of nearly everything this country was built on had a basis on the Christian moral standards. I fail to see how having "God" in our pledge and on the currency is offensive to people. I'm not Christian or even religious, but to have people bitch about something this trivial is retarded.

Meh, I guess I'm about done. I'd rather not have this explode into a debate between us and others. Different viewpoints for different people. There will always be opposition.
