Right now... QT's Racetrac and BP CONNECTS and PILOT's have GA on Lock.
You owning a GAs station right now would not be smart to do with that kinda of competition. But if you get a good location with no real competitor you might just bank.

At RT you have to apply in lower management and move your way up the ranks.
