    Default Best FREE image/photo editing software

    We had to reformat our hardrive an i lost all my software for resizing. So, what can i download that is :
    User friendly
    Easily allows resizing of images
    easy to upload to Photobucket
    Enterprise Data Resources- Ecommerce Project Manager

    I'm using GIMP. Best GNU around for free. It's like using Adobe Photoshop.

    Choose GIMP For Windows -> Automated Installer -> Downloads:

    you have to DL the installer package (2.2.10) and the GTK+2 Runtime Environment
