Thats where you are wrong homey. I am american born, of Latino descent. there's a difference. Yes, I am proud to be from a great country like the US, and yes, I enjoy the everyday rights I have as a normal US citizen, which other countries aren't so fortunate to have. But thats pretty much where it ends. I go back to Colombia, the place of my fathers birth, on a yearly basis. I visit Mexico, where my mother was born, on a yearly basis. Both great countries, with deep culture and even deeper history. These people here value everything they have, yet a life down there means so little. It's laid back way of living compared to the hustle that is the US. I appreciate it, I love it.. I am a changed man everytime I come back (at least for a few weeks, lol)

I will never forget the struggle of my family down there, and I will never forget what my identity is and where my roots are. This US heritage you speak of, isn't what I'm about. In my family it started with me, I'm the first generation in my family to be US born (along with a few cousins). This law hits home, I have people that have came here illegally and are now in the process of becoming citizens. You telling me they don't have any rights?? that they shouldnt get that same chance that your grandparents got? a chance to live a better life??

please, explain
