It's the same thing over and over...they probably live together, he'll convince her that they can't afford to have this problem...he'll say he'll probably go back to jail after court, all the fines & fees, community service, then probation making her feel sorry...she'll think about it and realize how much it will cost them and then she'll tell everyone she really loves him, etc. etc...OR she might just pack her bags and leave him out to dry

You don't get charged for just arguing. In order to get taken away in cuffs, there will have had to have been a fight, marks, etc. He did the right thing, no doubt in my mind.

You dont know if he was abusing her or whatever.....They couldve just been having an argument...no need for the cops come through...that guy probaly got charged with domestic distrubance, and battery, for that argument with his wife.....

loser, yeah and it was all HER fault, poor guy . the cops wouldnt arrest him un less he actaully hit her. if he diddnt hit her then they BOTH would have been arrested if it was just domestic disturbance. i woulda called the cops, being on the other side of the fence, i know what its like to be hit by a guy (long ass story) and when other people saw it, nobody did a god-damn thing to help. so props on calling the cops man, nobody deserves to be hit, and you dont have to use violence to talk out your problems, even things being smashed already tells you that things went to far.....
