IA.com Terms of Use/FAQ Question...

Is posting a picture (jpeg, jpg, gif, bmp, etc) of ANYTHING remotely close to a "clown", whether it be a puppy, kitty cat, human, etc., considered a *serious* violation of an unwritten rule of the Terms of Use of IA.com and result in a permanent ban of the account used to post such a picture?

Basically, if this truely is a new rule of IA.com, I'd appreciate to see it written in the Terms of Use and require new users to understand and agree to this rule, just like the other rules.

Also... if I have a friend who has random seizures from viewing multiple bright colors at the same time, can we make a special rule for him/her to ban anyone who posts more than... say, 3 bright colors in their post?

I truely do have sympathy for you Ren, but I'm being as serious as can be with this post... especially after hearing that a friend got banned for posting a picture of a clown and had to be unbanned later.

This is what I know...

Ren made a thread explaining her position on how she's very phobic of clowns, and put that anyone who posted a photo of a clown in this thread would be banned.

I posted a bunch of pictures of puppies (actual puppies) and got shit for it until it was explained that they actually -were- puppies.

Someone else posted a clown and he was banned, then later managed to get unbanned.

Charles wants to know if it's actually part of the Terms of Use to be unable to post any pictures of clowns on IA - because the person was banned for no other reason than doing that. (Even if it was a tad malicious in that thread - however, freedom of speech or image linking, I suppose)
