If you are inside the perimeter you cant Sale beer 24hrs.. Im not 100% on that though

If you are inside 285, you cannot sale Alcohol 24hrs. Anything outside of the perimeter is really up to the City, Not the county.
Example : lawrenceville does not sale alcohol 24hrs. Go to Suawnee and they do.
But even though the City allows it doesnt mean that Store will sale it anyways.

in atl you can by beer and wine 24 hrs except sunday. you can't buy liquor cuz all liquor stores close by 11:45. but you can get beer/wine at gas stations and grocery stores which are open 24hrs

Yeah gas stations and Krogers and stuff sell 24 hours a day as long as its not on sunday. The liquor stores all close at 11:45 or 12.
