    Default Anyone Get A House Yet?

    With alot of us here talking to Alex about getting a home loan I was wondering if anyone has found a house yet?

    My wife and I are still in the process of looking.

    I found one..over of Davenport road next to gwinnett Place mall. Drive down that road. The houses are great for first timers and the price isnt ridiculously crazy. Most of them are for sale buy owners..

    I bought mine in July - and I love it. I know KB Homes is building a new neighborhood out there - and I recommend them. They built my house and I had a great experience!
    Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it!

    chris come get me when ya'll go house shoppin i know alot of places around here with awesome starter houses...also know some conyers real estate agents...there's a new neighborhood over off salem road past cowan road that my friend and his wife just moved into and the houses are VERY nice and have good sized yards for the price

    We want to stay on this side of Rockdale. Plus I aint trying to get stuck in all that traffic on Salem. We have found a few places we like, we are waiting to see how much we can get approved for. Thanks for the offer though and you can help us move when er are ready
