    Hey alex. when you do the loan for a home what is the downpayment required usually? Ill be back in Sept and looking to get a house of my own. I cant take this living at home shit lol im about 5 seconds from shooting myself. Lemme know something because im seriously looking into buyin a house when i get back. If all else fails i guess ill be a renter again

    most of the time i get people in with no money down! It really all depends, but 9 out of 10 of my clients put no money down. when your ready just hit me up on here and we will see what we can come up with
