Default the law sux, well.. i broke it..

    BLLAAAHHHHHHHHHH

***this is not a rant, not a complaint, jsut venting**

so heading back from philly on monday, crusin through VA, in the slow lane behind a minivan, we fly by a VA st. patrol, i look down, goin about 87.. doooughhh!! of curse, he pulls out, get up besids me, an tells me to follow him.. he gets both of us, and hands me a 91 ina 65 ticket.. 26 over... that sux!

THEN, i get home, open a letter from the dept of liscense services, and it tells me that my liscense will be suspended for 12 months starting on the 1st of march..

good news though, i can take a driving course, pay a re-instatement fee of $210, and get it back that day.. so, tonight and tommorow night, class for me!!!

at least i wont loose it, i would prolly have to shut my company down if i did.. so, God is lookin out for me on this one!! adn i WILL be slowing down.. hahah..

i thought out of state tickets were non-points offenses? or are you losing your license for something else?

exactly, especially if the vehicle is under the company name then you can just about get away with it 24hrs a day.

i think so, had a friend get 3 speeding tickets in one weekend in Virginia, 2 going up and 1 coming back down, lol...some people never learn. He had to go back up there for an appearance and pay the fines.

I lost mine for 6 months. Lost my job, can't get another till I get it back. It really fucks up your whole life to lose your license. Good news though, I get it back in 3 weeks. I just need to sell my shit to get the money for the defensive driving course and reinstatement fee.
