    mofo 100% buyer protection... only thing u gotta worry about is if he sends you a brick in the mail and says it was an ipod he sent... because that way he has proof that he sent SOMETHING... so it'll take a bit longer for you to prove what he sent wasn't as he described... but its SUPER easy to get ur money back if he has no proof he sent you something.

    Well, he doesnt even have the tracking number....I've asked for it at least 5 times and he's said "where would that be?" to "I'll check with the post office"

    so I dont think it's going to be that big of a deal, he has till Feb 5th to have somekind of reply to PAYPAL and if there is no reply then it is in my favor.
